TCN recently organised a training on NSONG web portal at the TCN National Control Centre (NCC), Osogbo, Osun State. The training took place on the directive of NERC to notify DisCos of their Day-Ahead load offtake and GenCos of their Day-Ahead instruction via the NSONG portal. The representative of GM (NCC), Engr. Billiaminu Ishola, AGM (System Planning), informed participants that TCN-ICT has developed a webpage that would facilitate a more efficient communication between NCC, DisCos & GenCos with respect to offtake and Day-Ahead instruction. In addition, the webpage would be in use until the SCADA system becomes fully functional.
